Job Description:
MIRAN SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer – LV Switchgear for one of our client companies in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for the design and preparation of electrical drawings for LV switchgear and panel systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design LV switchgear and electrical control panels.
- Prepare GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams and shop drawings.
- Work on MDB, SMDB, MCC, ATS, DB and control panels.
- Prepare designs using AutoCAD and relevant electrical design software.
- Ensure designs comply with IEC standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with production, estimation and project teams.
- Review technical requirements, drawings and specifications.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in LV switchgear/panel design.
- Strong knowledge of MDB, SMDB, MCC, ATS, DB and control panels.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design software.
- Good knowledge of IEC standards and electrical panel design practices.
- Relevant experience in switchgear/panel manufacturing is preferred.
