MIRAN SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced QA/QC Electrical Engineer – LV Switchgear for one of our client companies in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, documentation and compliance throughout the LV switchgear manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect the manufacturing of LV switchgear and electrical panels.
- Conduct quality inspections of panel assembly, wiring, components and workmanship.
- Verify materials and components against approved specifications and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IEC standards and project requirements.
- Review GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with production, design, testing and commissioning teams.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports and test records.
- Support factory inspection, testing and final quality checks.
- Ensure completed panels meet required quality and customer specifications.
3–7 years of relevant experience in LV switchgear manufacturing and inspection.
Good knowledge of IEC standards applicable to LV switchgear and electrical panels.
Experience in QA/QC procedures and quality documentation.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of MDB, SMDB, MCC, ATS and DB panels is an advantage.
Experience in switchgear/panel manufacturing is preferred.
